Green Mountain Falls, C0,  2022

The billboard, commissioned by Green Box Arts, was created by digitally combining a series of photographs of nearby Helen Hunt Falls. The resulting image was the basis for a large charcoal drawing which was then digitally printed on vinyl. Like many of Krondl's more recent work the piece referenced changes associated with the climate emergency, here specifically, the ever increasing drought conditions in Colorado.
